The purpose of the template is clear,  the information is useful, and  reflects knowledge of the subject matter. The subject is well suited to a template format.
2 Some information is incomplete or unclear. The information does not always reflect the purpose. There is little reason for the document to be in a template format.
1 Information is incomplete, unclear, or inaccurate. The content lacks a purpose. 
Language and Convention
3 Writing is clear and concise with correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar usage.
2 Writing has some minor problems with punctuation, spelling, or grammar usage.
1 Noticeable errors in grammar, spelling, or punctuation.
Technology

3 Skill in formatting fonts, paragraphs, style, inserting and sizing graphics or tables is evident and well executed.
2 Some skill in formatting fonts, paragraphs, style, inserting and sizing graphics or tables is evident and well executed.
1 Little skill in formatting fonts, paragraphs, lists, style, and inserting and sizing graphics or tables is evident and/or well executed.
Organization
Layout and Design
3 The layout is clear and functions to fulfill the purpose of the template.  The text is easy to read. The format is consistent.
2 The layout is mostly clear and easy to follow. There may be some inconsistency or difficulty reading text..
1 The layout is confusing and difficult to read. The format  is inconsistent throughout the site.
